Hi, I'm Heidi!

I'm a neurodivergent mom of three, and the mom behind Triple A Mom.
In our house, the hard parts of the day were rarely the big moments. They were the everyday ones: getting out the door, brushing teeth, trying a new food, calming down when feelings got too big. Saying the same reminders over and over wasn't working for my kids, and it wasn't working for me.
So I started making visuals. Simple, printable supports that show kids what comes next, give them choices, and let the picture do some of the reminding. I combine my background in Recreational Therapy with real-life parenting experience, and every visual is tested with my own kids before it comes to you.
What You'll Find Here
Printable checklists, posters, games, and cards for the moments that are hardest for neurodivergent kids and the grown-ups helping them: routines, hygiene, big emotions, communication, and mealtimes. Many turn tough routines into play, because kids are more willing to try when it feels like a game instead of a demand.
These are tools, not promises. Every child is different, and what helps one kid may need tweaking for another. That's why I keep things simple, flexible, and easy to adjust.
