I Feel Poster

$3.00

Help kids identify and communicate what they're feeling—even when finding the words is difficult.

The I Feel Poster gives kids a visual way to recognize and communicate their emotions. Instead of asking an open-ended question like "What's wrong?" or "How are you feeling?", a child can look at the visual and point to the feeling that best matches what they're experiencing.

How to use it: When you notice a change in your child's mood or behavior, bring their attention to the poster and ask them to show you how they're feeling. You can also use it during calm moments to practice identifying different emotions.

When to use it: Use the poster during emotional moments, after a difficult situation, during daily check-ins, or anytime your child has difficulty putting their feelings into words.

The goal is to help build the connection between "What am I feeling?" and "How can I communicate it?"
