"Go floss your teeth" can be a pretty big instruction for a child who is still learning. The Flossing Checklist breaks the process into small, visual steps, showing kids exactly where to floss, which direction to move, and what they've already completed.

Unlike the Plaque Bugs Checklist, this version skips the characters and game element, making it a great choice for kids who prefer a simple, straightforward visual routine.

🩥 How It Works

The checklist divides the mouth into three easy-to-follow sections:

Incisors → Canines → Molars

Each section is then broken into 4 visual steps. Highlighted areas show where the child should floss, while arrows help show which direction to move.

After completing each step, they simply check the box and move to the next one.

This gives kids a clear beginning, sequence, and finish instead of having to remember which teeth they've already flossed.

🧵 Learn Proper Flossing Technique

An included instruction page helps parents and kids learn the basics before using the checklist, including:

• Choosing between floss string or a flosser pick
• Gently guiding floss between the teeth
• Using a back-and-forth motion rather than snapping the floss down
• Curving floss into a “C” shape around the tooth
• Moving the floss up and down along the tooth
• Using a clean section of floss as you move through the mouth

💛 Why Visual Steps Matter

Learning to floss involves more than remembering “I need to floss.” Kids have to figure out where to start, where the floss needs to go, which teeth they’ve already done, and when they’re finished. This checklist puts that information in front of them.
